DOHOORAY is a waste-to-energy company specializing in the deployment of its Pyrolysis/distillation technology for the treatment and recycling of a wide range of waste feedstocks, including: industrial, hazardous and medical waste.Our mission is to provide a robust, efficient and environmentally sound methodology for the treatment of toxic waste and hazardous waste and its conversion into commercial commodity products creating a renewable source of energy and value added products.
For many years,we have provided our services to international funding organizations, private industrial companies and government agencies. We have completed over lots of projects ranging from technical training to equipment supply. our knowledge of the technology and the target markets is unique and is effectively applied to benefit our customers.

Our Factory
Our factory has been a pioneer in the development and constant improvements on welding technology.The factory improves the technical research and development work to build efficient R&D system. It has set up the technological center which is made up of 4 research institutes respectively on pyrolysis machinery, distillation machinery, carbon black grinding machinery, and one lab, as well as three departments like technology management department, process department, and technical reform department.

1) Service Scope
● The Service Guide specifies the service orientation, service concept, service tenet, service discipline, duty, contents, as well as the construction and management of the service network.
2) Service Target

3) Service Promise

● The warranty period for free of charge is one year or 1000 hours.
● Provide special service for important projects for free.
● Provide free training service for the operator and service staff of the customer.
● Free regular follow up service in the periods of 250 hrs, 500 hrs, and 1000 hrs (not including the needed materials).
4) Customer Training
● Our training includes internal training, service company training, and technical training for the customers.
5) Response Time
● The service engineer will get off in 10 minutes when receiving the service requirement or explain the solutions to the customer through the phone.
● The time from receiving the service message to arriving the site.
● No more than 12 hours in 500 km; no more than 24 hours in 500-1000 km; no more than 48 hours in 1000-2000 km, and no more than 72 hours in more than 2000 km.
● The service engineers will standby all the time.
● The service engineer will not leave the site if the troubles haven’t got solved, and the engineer will get the customer’s permission before leaving the site.

6) Special service for projects
● If the equipments that you have purchased from our company is serving in projects of provincial level or above that, we will provide you with special services (special coating for free, on site services with spare parts, provide extra time service on the construction site)
7) Customer follow up service
● We will make necessary quantification work on the application condition and service requirements of the customer after a period of service, so that we can improve our work, and we will also provide new suggestions according to the customers’ business conditions. And we will invite some of our customers to participate in the development and test work of our new products. And thus we will establish the customer follow up system to provide more convenient communication channel.
8) 365×24 Year-round Service
● Globally, we have many service engineers . We are committed to year-round 24-hour service even during holidays, in line with our policy of always providing "a response within 15 minutes and job completion within 24 hours."
9) Spare Parts When You Need Them
● We promise that spare parts will be delivered ASAP.
10) After-market Worry-free Service
● We are committed to providing after-market services, including second-hand Plant evaluations, overhauls, and recycling. We always stick to our responsibility and mission of handling your concerns as best we can.
